THIS IS A BIG LIE.... our company hired Eric Burchman at a trade show , and during our interview he promised us that he had knowledge in Interior design and was very experienced in home furnishing business and can work under a trade show pressure , which is cater to many clients visit during the show.

As soon he showed up the next day at the show , he started to heras all of our clients and talking very loud and in a very unprofessional manner.

He showed us his fur color and we later find us that he had no knowledge of colors of any interior design and customer service ....what so ever .

Later on he started post some big lies about our company and asked threatened us , that if don't apologize to him , he will keep harassing us and write Big lies About our company .

We would like to make sure that every company that looking to hire Eric Burchman will need to know Eric Burchman true side, which is unprofessional and very low end behavior at a work environment.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Don't bother with this company. Not only did they NOT have the mattress set they advertised but I had printed a coupon from their website which said valid at ALL Locations...NOT When I went to buy mattress sets at the Colorado Springs location I was informed it was not accepted there.

Customer service is non existent. Instead of accepting a small coupon they choose to lose about $1500 in sales.

Don't bother contacting them through their website they do not respond. I haven't even had a chance to purchase from them and they already lost me as a customer!

Home Furnishing Company - Ripped Off

I had ordered a dining set from Home Furnishing Company. First, it took close to a month before the set arrived.

Anyway, while I was there at the store picking up the dining set, I asked about the refund policy. The Manager, Ron Smith, said there was none. I immediately asked that they take the furniture out of my truck. The manager said that will be a 20% restock fee.

I rejected that on the grounds that the goods were unopened and untouched; and that they were not "restocking" anything. ROn called the cops and informed me that if I uttered a single word, he will have his boys throw me out of the store. I left to prevent any physical harm on myself. and as soon as the cops came, the cops asked that they take the stuff and give me a refund.

Guess what, they charged $321.16 for a 1205.78 purchase - - which is even more than 20%.

While I prepare my complaints to the appropriate agencies, it is imperative that the public is informed about their unscrupulous tendencies.

I was pretty much robbed of 321.16 by Home Furnishing Store in broad daylight. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!

Monetary Loss: $321.
